Hi, my name is Ian and I am looking for fun loving people to tell their stories and be friends with! I am a proud father of six children and and husband to a loving sweet wife Josann. Without them I would not be here today. It’s true I am always looking for more people to capture the essence of love and relationship and tell a story about it. Be it a wedding or a couple’s photo session, I am all for it.
What compels me to continue photographing weddings is the real raw emotions and love happening all at once and during all the day. People get to be themselves on these days and I will be there to capture all of this and tell the story of your beautiful day for you. Be it in the city, a vineyard, a garden or a traditional wedding venue or even at your own home, I will narrate the story for you.
I like to hike on my photo shoots: It gets people out of their fear and lets me get the best out of people. walking is good for your health ‘they’ say and for your photos too ‘I’ say:) So let’s be friends and let me tell the story of your love in the awesome landscapes or cityscapes of Malta and Gozo!
And I am not there to take beautiful pictures only, I am there to assist you on your incredible day, because let’s be honest, most of the times its the first time you’re getting married, and even if it’s not the first time, you don’t go about getting married every week so you all will need a hand along the day with the itty bitty stuff and even sometimes solving larger problems.
I am there for all of it to make sure you enjoy your day to the full.
I am a wedding photographer based on the Island of Malta. I have been doing this since 2011 and have never looked back. Every wedding I shoot is not simply another job but it’s a friend’s wedding. During the wedding day, I am there for the couple and their family and friends, and will make it a memorable wedding for all of them. It’s not about me but about them.
I simply love telling the story of weddings. When excitement and emotions are burning on the day, I see in front of me a book to be written, stories to be told. Love, kinship, affection, happiness, sometimes even sorrow, are what makes weddings so real. I let the wedding do the talking and I will see how best to narrate what is happening in front of me in photos. I seek light and shadows to make the story stand out while bringing forward the viewpoint of the people present there.
